Training

Our extensive training program is led by sponsoring broker and former Education Committee Chair, Sara Jane Willis.

The training program consists of a variety of chapters including the technical like:

• Contract Preparation
• Closing Checklists
• Internet Marketing
• Listing Packet Design

As well as less structured lessons like:

• How to Network
• Negotiations
• Photography

Compensation

We are all in business to make money which is why at CRE, we've structured our compensation to leave more in your pocket. We're unique in that we charge

• No Desk Fee
• No Franchise Fee
• No Forced Advertising Fee

Additionally we've tried to make our company a place where the best agents want to be and want to stay. To accomplish this, we feature one of Missoula's only profit sharing programs. This rewards loyalty and teamwork and really creates an atmosphere where everyone helps their fellow agents to produce and grow.

Integrity

We're very protective of the company and the name. As such, we have zero tolerance for dishonesty to the supervising broker and to our clients. Simply put, its not worth risking our reputation for a quick sale or rushed purchase. As such, we don't want anyone associated with us doing business that way.
